・Thank you for visiting Inoue Boring shopify. Inoue Boring Co., Ltd. Original Kawasaki H2 Machined Aluminum Cylinder φ71 for Piston .
※※ The inner diameter of the machined aluminum cylinder uses an aluminum-plated cylinder equipped with the world's only technology, and the intake and exhaust ports are bridge ports with pillars.
・At the time, the H2 was well received for its strong acceleration, but it is widely known that the durability of the cylinder was not very good due to the emphasis on performance, and the inner diameter of the cylinder was abnormally worn, and the mechanical noise was immediately emitted.
・This is not only mechanical noise, but also has a significant impact on compression, performance, and durability.
・Bridgeport solves all the problems associated with H2 at once! In order to prevent pistons and piston rings from jumping into the large IN/EX port, it is a process to attach a pillar.
・This is the port shape that was actually used in the H1R and H2R racer machines of the time.

・ * What is ICBM® aluminized cylinder? Compared to cast iron sleeves, plated sleeves have 23 times the hardness of the plating surface. In addition, since it is aluminum, it is lightweight and conducts heat well, so it improves heat dissipation, and it does not leave rust marks, so it is recommended for those who do not have many opportunities to ride a motorcycle.
・ Nowadays, it has become a commonplace technology for new sports bikes, but by using the latest aluminum plated sleeves for old cars, it is possible to improve durability and response that are comparable to new cars.
・For the piston size, please use the standard size φ71.0.
Please use the one and only machined cylinder in Japan for your car!

※If you would like a different size, we can also make it to order! Please feel free to contact us!

    TESTIMONIALS

”Elegance Reborn: My Mach III Runs Like New”

My Kawasaki Mach III is over 50 years old. Many parts were worn out, so I used Inoue Boring’s modern engine work to bring it back. With  ICBM™ treatments, it runs smooth and strong. It won First Place at a restoration contest hosted by Inoue Boring. This bike is old—but alive.

”Back to Life: My Orange H1-B with ICBM™”

“After years in storage, I brought my H1-B back with Inoue Boring’s ICBM™ treatment. The old cast-iron sleeve was replaced with an aluminum one, letting me return to the standard bore. I even added a bridge port. It’s not about more power—it’s about bringing back the ride I remember.”
